Living
- Our active breeding queens, reserve queens, and spayed cats live alongside people.
- Besides the stud rooms and the master bedroom, where the kittens reside, they have free access to all other areas.
- We have provided plenty of cat trees, scratching posts, and hiding spots for them to play and relax.
- Pregnant and nursing queens live in the master bedroom with their kittens. After their kittens are weaned, the queens can choose whether to stay in the master bedroom or leave to roam other areas of the house.
Feeding
- There are four feedings of kibble every day: morning, noon, afternoon, and late at night.
- Besides summer, two meals of cooked meat or canned food are provided daily.
- Super well-behaved cats get rewarded with treats.
- Treats are usually earned by either grabbing them yourself or making good friends with the “professional treat thieves” and sharing the treats they manage to tear open.
Breeding Direction
- Each of our queens has her own strengths, and we pair them with suitable studs based on their structural characteristics.
- Most of the queens are involved in the breeding of shaded and shaded-improvement lines, while a few are focused on traditional lines.
- We aim to have a variety of colors, covering all bases.
